We will be closed selected Fridays during July and August 2025, in addition to British Columbia statutory holidays, so our partners and staff can take a much-needed break.

Partners and staff staff may also be on extended vacation during this time.
Robert and Brock will check email during this time and respond to time sensitive matters. Otherwise, we will respond during normal business hours on days our office is open during this time.
Please contact us to make an appointment if there is specific time you want to meet with any of our partners or staff.
Normal business hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays) will resume Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Effective May 20, 2025 our new office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. The office may also be temporarily closed for 30 to 60 minutes for lunch. This is to provide our staff more flexible workings hours as communication with our clients and meetings are done increasing via electronic means.
The building is generally open 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and documents can be dropped off through the mail slot on our office front door. Do not use the mail slot on the main doors to the building as this is not secure.
Staff may also be working before 9:00am and after 4:00pm.
It is highly recommended that you make an appointment if you want to meet with anyone. Meetings outside of the normal office hours are still possible.
