Our firm uses a 100% Canadian owned and operated service provider for our customer portal and this includes multiple levels of data encryption. 

Easy to use

Digital signatures

Our client portal has ability for clients to sign documents digitally. Digital signatures are managed by DocuSign. Digital signatures are common in many other industries, for example real estate, and are permitted by the Canada Revenue Agency for certain tax forms. Once you sign document electronically, signed copies of the documents will remain in the portal for you to access.

Document storage

In addition to being able to receive your tax returns and/or financial statements electronically when completed, you will always be able to retrieve them from your portal and the same will be true for subsequent years.

Secure file transfer

Once you have your portal set up, you can also use the portal to upload source documents to us – thereby saving you time and/or postage from having to send this information to us on paper.

Flexible

We realize that not everyone will want to send and receive documents electronically. If you want to receive printed tax returns and documents, please indicate this when you provide us your tax or yearend information. You can also send paper documents to our office - mail or drop off in person.
